Simple - $300/Month

For straightforward businesses with a single bank account, low transaction volume, and simple operations.

One-Time Services:

Standard — $450/month

For businesses with more accounts, moderate transaction volume, or a bit more complexity in day-to-day operations.

  • Everything in Simple, plus:

  • Multiple account reconciliation

  • Accounts payable/receivable tracking

  • Monthly check-in call or email summary

Complex — $650/month

For businesses with multiple accounts, higher transaction volume, payroll coordination, or more involved reporting needs.

  • Everything in Standard, plus:

  • Higher-volume transaction management

  • Class/location tracking as needed

  • Custom reporting

QuickBooks Online Setup — $300 flat New to QBO or switching platforms? I'll set up your chart of accounts, connect your bank feeds, and configure everything correctly from the start — so you're not paying to undo mistakes later.

Cleanup & Catch-Up — Fixed rate quote after review Books fallen behind? I'll assess what's needed and get you caught up and reconciled, so you can move into ongoing monthly service with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do you work with businesses that already use QuickBooks Online, or only new setups? Both. If you're already on QBO, I'll review your current file and pick up where things left off. If you're starting fresh or switching from another system, I'll handle the full setup.

What do you need from me to get started? Access to your QBO file (or we'll set one up together), plus your bank and credit card statements for the period we're catching up on. Can go into more detail during consultation.

How often will I hear from you? Monthly, at minimum — you'll get updated financials and a summary of anything that needs your attention. More complex tiers include a check-in call/email.
